A seasonal sunroom or porch enclosure increases the usable space in your home—it’s like building an addition at the fraction of the cost of a four-season room. The structures are attractive and easy to customize to fit the look and configuration of your home.

We install Everlast aluminum sunrooms and porch enclosures, which can be paired with any Everlast storm door or patio door for a unified look.

Seasonal sunrooms are constructed from thermally broken aluminum windows and doors at a depth of 4 ½ inches. Choose from fixed, casement or awning-style windows. The roof, which is supplied as part of the package, offers an insulating value of R12.

All enclosures and sunrooms are customized to meet the needs of your space, budget and aesthetic vision.

Clearance Windows

Clearance windows put money in your pocket.

GEM maintains an inventory of hundreds of windows that were not appropriate for a customer job or were no longer needed. Sometimes customers cancelled their job after the windows were ordered. In other cases it’s our high standards that you’re benefiting from: we keep structurally sound scratch ‘n’ dent windows and windows that were improperly measured by customers or GEM staff.

We don’t have a use for these windows… but you might.

GEM sells these fully warrantied windows at up to 70 per cent off the regular price. They’re perfect for new construction and renovations where you have flexibility with the opening size.

In most cases, clearance windows are cash ‘n’ carry but we certainly allow customers to blend their order of full-price windows with a couple of clearance items if you’re able to integrate the discounted windows into a larger job we’re doing for you.
