Nothing shows a company’s true colours better than a problem.
No one wants their window or door to fail, but at least when you deal with GEM, you know if you experience a problem with your window or door purchase, we’ll take care of you.
We deal with the manufacturer, arrange for replacement parts, schedule the work and follow up with you to make sure everything is resolved. If the window or door is covered by warranty, we’ll take care of any paperwork required.
