Installation Coordinator
Our Service and Production Department is growing and we are looking to add to the team. We are looking for energetic, organized, and motivated individuals. If you enjoy meeting new people and working with a team to achieve common goals, this is the job for you.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Window & Door industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel/Word).
- Efficient in data entry to keep track of orders, client requests, service requests and status of orders.
- Familiarity with both PC and Mac OS.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to multi-task and help with some administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and pick up of products.
- Must be able to manage and organize multiple scheduling tasks. This includes working with installers and customers to book installations, to book delivery of products, or to schedule client pick-ups.
- Follow up with manufacturers in a timely manner to accommodate orders and service requests for clients.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Handle customer complaints and address accordingly when dealing with service.

Sales Consultant
Our Sales department is growing and is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our innovative and dynamic team.
Requirements:
What we're looking for:
- Someone with a minimum of 2 years in direct sales
- Available to work evenings and/or weekends as required.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Articulate and able to present quotes/contracts to customers
- Any previous experience in the window & door, building products or construction industries is considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
The day to day duties of this role are as follows:
- Meet and present products to customers.
- Prepare and present quotes and contracts to customers.
- With the support of the entire GEM team - manage each customer & contract from start to finish.
- Provide custom solutions and address clients relevant project needs.
- Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service.
- Able to work independently and/or as part of a team with all departments to reach a common goal.
