To qualify for GEM’s Price Match Guarantee, customers must provide a full, unredacted written quote from a competitor.
The quote should include:

Installation scope
GEM will compare equivalent products, which means the same window type, size, configuration, and performance level. Determining equivalency is at GEM’s discretion.
If a product is not fully equivalent, GEM may still match the price, but is not obligated to provide an additional discount.
